About the author
Dr. Abd-Elsayed is serving currently as the Medical Director of UW Pain Services, medical Director of the Chronic Pain Program, Section Head of Chronic Pain Management and Assistant Professor of Anaesthesiology. He graduated from Medical school in 2000, finished a research fellowship from Cleveland Clinic in 2009, residency training in Anaesthesiology in 2013 from University of Cincinnati and Chronic Pain Fellowship from University of Cincinnati in 2014. He published more than 100 peer reviewed manuscripts, presented more than 200 presentations on the national and international level, he serves on the editorial board for dozens of journals, edited 3 books and involved in several societies on the national and international levels.
