About the author
Jeff Gill is an ICF Professionally Certified Coach with over 16 years of experience coaching students, entrepreneurs, leaders and managers. As Team Coach with the International Team Academy programme, he coaches student entrepreneurs to create and grow innovative business and social projects. Will Medd has a PhD in Sociology and has worked in Higher Education for over 15 years. He is also a professional work and life coach (Associate Certified Coach with the ICF and CPCC with CTI) who specialises in coaching in Higher Education. In the last 5 years he has been developing coaching in the Higher Education context, initially with PhD students and now offering coaching to all involved in university life. Together they wrote Your PhD Coach and run coaching programmes for universities across the country.
